The situation
Buchanan Tree Expert, LLC is a tree service in Northampton, owned by Oscar Buchanan. The company works across the Lehigh Valley: removal, trimming, stump grinding, deadwood, and storm cleanup.
The site Google still has on file for three of the old service addresses was a shared template. Each page used the same title formula, opened with “Call Us Now,” and closed with review badges and a repeated contact card. Those pages did not name the towns or answer common questions.
What we built
- A custom site in place of the old template
- Home, about, contact, FAQ, privacy, and five service pages
- A title and description written for each page
- Business details Google can read, plus a page list for search engines
- A Spanish note, and the towns they serve
- The Google reviews written on the homepage, not only as badges
- A quote form for name, phone, and the job, and a click-to-call button
On the site now
A homeowner can see the crew, the towns, and the reviews, then call or send a quote request. The five services each have their own page: tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm damage, and deadwood. A FAQ page covers the questions people ask before they call.
The 4.9 rating and 57 reviews were already on Google. The new homepage shows them. There is no speed score or traffic number from the old site, so none is claimed here.
